Remote Tuning: The initial support package is a minimum of two hours. Additional time can be purchased in one-hour increments.
Remote General Support: Troubleshooting and consultation bookings are minimum of one hour. Additional time can be purchased in one hour increments.
Remote Support appointments must be paid for and booked in advance. Appointments must be canceled at least six hours in advance for credit.
We accept onsite support engagements on a case-by-case basis. These are billed at $2,000 per day (including travel days) plus expenses.
