STANCE EVALUATION
Perform center of pressure and weight distribution measurement evaluations : center of pressure, tips/heels distribution, for bipodal or unipodal stance analysis.
DYNAMIC EVALUATION
Squats and pushup analysis: assess left/right distribution according to the force’s intensity of movement.
EXERCISES
Bipodal, unipodal or shoulder proprioception on the plates, used with or without belt straps for reduced weight training.
