The guide fits a 28t - 44t tooth front chain ring range.

These are simple to install. - It mounts to the seat tube (fits 34.9 and 31.8 tubes) (shims are included for a 31.8mm seat tube).  Simply feed your chain through the guide (and adjust the height & angle accordingly to match the chain line - simple!
