Directions: 

While filling the bath pour a handful of bath salts under the running water to dissolve. To use as an exfoliant take a small handful of bath salt and add a bit of water. Work the mixture into a paste and smooth it over your skin. Rinse and pat dry. Apply Body lotion if needed.
